งานรื้อถอนสถานฑูตออสเตรเลีย (Demolition Australia Embassy previous) อาคารนี้ตั้งอยู่ริมถนนสาทร ย่านสวนพลู ด้านขวาติดสถานฑูตมาเลเซีย ด้านซ้ายติดปั้มเชลล์และอาคารคอนโดระดับไฮเอน ส่วนด้านหลังเป็นบ้านมหาเศรษฐีคนหนึ่งของเมืองไทย อาคาร ตึกรูปทรงแปลกๆคล้ายปิรามิดคว่ำ หรือ ปิรามิดกลับหัว ระดับความสูงของห้องลิฟท์ 26 เมตร ความสูงชั้น5 บนอาคาร 21 เมตร (โดยประมาณ)ออกแบบโดยวิศวกร สถาปนิคชาวออสเตรเลีย พื้นชั้นบนรับแรงโดยใช้สลิงขนาดใหญ่หิ้วหรือยกชั้น3ไว้ ซึ่งปกติอาคาร คสล

โดยทั่วไป เหล็กชั้นล่างมักจะต้องมากกว่าเหล็กชั้นบนอันเป็นผลของการแบกน้ำหนักคอนกรีต แต่ อาคารลักษณะพิเศษเช่นนี้กลับตรงกันข้าม!!! สแปน ระยะห่างระหว่างเสา คือ 12 เมตร โดยใช้คานรับพื้นคล้ายๆขนมวาฟเฟิ้ล , ระยะความสูงระหว่างชั้น(floor to floor) 5-7 เมตร นั่นหมายความว่า การสร้าง การออกแบบที่นี่จะต้องไม่ธรรมดาแน่ๆ (การรื้อถอนก็ไม่ธรรมดา) ทุกๆอย่างของอาคารแห่งนี้เรียกว่า เกินสเป็ค ตั้งแต่หลังคา , ห้องนิรภัย, ผนังอาคาร ยันฐานราก ขนาดความแข็งของคอนกรีต อยู่ในระดับ "โครตแข็งพิเศษ" กว่าจะจับทางถูกเล่นเอาเสียเวลาไปมากโข ปีก่อนผมมีโอกาสพูดคุยกับวิศวกรระดับวุฒิ (วย) ท่านมองงานรื้อถอนยากกว่างานก่อสร้าง เพราะท่านบอกว่ารื้อไปไม่รู้ต้องไปเจออะไรในโครงสร้างบ้าง อาคารหลังนี้คงเป็นข้อพิสูจน์คำพูดของอาจารย์ท่านนั้นเป็นอย่างดี อย่างไรก็ดี ก่อนสงกรานต์ 2561 อาคารแห่งนี้ต้องถูกรื้อด้วยความปลอดภัยจนถึงพื้นชั้นล่างแน่นอน

Demolition work of Australia Embassy, the building located at Sathorn Road, Suan Plu area. The Malaysia Embassy is on the right and the Shell Gas station and hi-end condominium buildings are on the left, while at the back, there is the house of one Thai millionaire..

The building had the strange inverted pyramid shape with the height of 26 meter lift, with 5 storey on 21 meter building (approximately), designed by Australian architectural engineer. The upper floor can รับรแรง by large sling holding or lifting up the third floor, which normally the อาคาร คสล in general, the lower floor steel must be more than the upper steel resulting from holding the concrete weight but this special building, it is the opposite. The concrete strength is “extremely strong”, it takes quite a long time to be able to figure it out.

Last year, I had the chance to talk to a civil engineer, he views that the demolition work is harder than the construction task because he can’t tell what to find inside the structure. This building is really the proof of his statement.
Before Songkran day in 2018, the whole building will be demolished with the safety for sure.
